This silkscreen is an original piece of artwork, hand-pulled by the artist. HiA small edition of the 14.66”x10” silkscreen was made with 4 screens for the 4 CMYK colors. The imagery was made from a digital collage of 8 photos/images prior to the silkscreening process. The digital image was made into a 11.75’x8’ banner for the on-site Roncesvalles station. These 4 stations are likened to the Roman Catholic’s 12 stations of the cross. The “Path of Miracles” was composed by Joby Talbot, and it‘s based on El Camino de Santiago, a centuries old Roman Catholic 577+mile pilgrimage from France to Spain. To create these images I chose the Way of St. James route.

This 36 ft. long path will be installed at the Trenton venue only. Guests will walk under this glowing, undulating night sky Path held up by volunteers from the entrance into the hall. This was made with the feeling that as a pilgrim, one would see many beautiful, serene night skies along the way.
The glowing field of lights path is what I imagine pilgrims see along their journey, beautiful, serene night skies. This was a site specific path for the 36 ft long hallway. Pilgrims/guests were greeted by volunteers holding high this glowing night sky Path as they entered the venue. This path is made of poly fiber which was spray painted and splattered with UV paint.
